This tool reads the selected PDF with pdf-lib, adds your chosen rotation to each page's existing page rotation, and saves a new PDF locally. There is no upload endpoint in the rotate path.
Rotate PDF is for fixing page orientation across a whole document. It does not OCR scanned pages, edit text, or rotate only a subset of pages.
Does this upload my files?
No. Everything on this page runs locally in your browser, so your files are never uploaded to a server. Close the tab and nothing is left behind. It even keeps working if you go offline after the page loads.

Yes. This tool applies the chosen rotation to every page in the PDF and preserves the page order.

No. This simple page operation rotates the whole document. For selected pages, split or extract pages first.
Can password-protected PDFs be rotated?
No. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are refused because the browser cannot safely read their pages without a password flow.
